She is a Commerce Graduate (B. Com) from NM college, Mumbai. She is Associate member (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is PG Diploma Securities Law awarded by Mumbai University.
Ms Shah has about 7 years experience of Company Law and other various Corporate Laws. She was on the Board of Directors of two leading Corporate Consultant companies. She is a known expert in the fields of company law, stock market operations, investment and money matters.
